About the CSC

Mission: To enhance the Total Force’s quality of life by identifying and resolving issues that affect personal and mission readiness.

Vision: Empowering the Goodfellow Community by applying social and behavioral science experience to analyze and evaluate concerns of individuals, families, personal and professional preparedness by developing solutions in coordination with all appropriate functional agencies.

Purpose of the Community Support Coordinator (CSC): Serves as the installation Executive Director for the Community Action Board (CAB) and Chairs the Community Action Team (CAT) to ensure integration of information in support of the installation’s Total Force resilience.

Organizational Goals and Objectives: The Community Action Board (CAB) takes a strategic, cross-functional look at quality-of-life, personal readiness, and community issues to formulate long-term solutions.  The Community Action Team (CAT) functions as the action arm of the CAB to develop a comprehensive, coordinated plan for integrating and implementing community outreach and prevention processes.
